Welcome back! I find that my confidence in my pioearatrpn is a little like the tides on the ocean, it comes and goes Someone gave me some good advice the other day draw two circles on a piece of paper. Write everything you CAN control on the inner circle (your training, your nutrition, your attitude ) and everything you CAN’t control on the outer circle (the weather, injuries, flat tires ). Focus all your energy on the things in that inner circle that you can control and just let go of the rest. We got this!
