Ego is the Enemy w/Ryan Holiday

Is Your Athlete's Ego The Enemy?

In part two of my conversation with Ryan Holiday we discuss his brand new book 'Ego is the Enemy' coming out June 14, 2016.
In this episode you will learn:
  • What inspired you to write 'Ego is the Enemy'?
  • What do you mean by 'internal obstacles'?
  • What happens when 'your accomplishments become your worth'?
  • How does someone go about 'not fooling oneself' in order to be successful?
  • Why did you divide the book into the three sections 'aspire, success, and failure'?
  • How can an athlete or coach BEST manage themselves?
  • How can an athlete or coach BEST manage/deal with a teammate with a huge ego?
  • Plus more!
RYAN HOLIDAY is a strategist and writer. He dropped out of college at nineteen to apprentice under Robert Greene, author of The 48 Laws of Power, and later served as the director of marketing for American Apparel. My goal is to be able to show up in the lives of coaches around the world every week (if not daily)! But in order to do that I need your help.

The way that iTunes determines which podcast shows get featured is by how many people download the podcast, leave reviews (key!), and also subscribe.

These podcasts are free and it usually takes me two days to prepare, record, edit, and produce each show but with your help I know I can help many others just like you!

I would be grateful if you took literally less than 60 seconds and left an honest review of the show. Click Here to Open iTunes
