How is this resource best used?

I personally have every single one of my athletes in middle school and high school work through Play Your Best™ covering one chapter each week.   It has served to be a fantastic way to connect with my athletes and develop a strong relationship with each of them.  The book can be used by an individual athlete looking to improve their mental game, but it is best used within a team setting.  It is suggested that teams work through one or two of the twelve steps each week.
