It's no question that I love the world of speed development for change of direction sports. In fact, I have focused the majority of my entire career over the past sixteen years doing so! I often get emails and phone calls from coaches wanting to know how do I evaluate speed and agility.
So in response, I quickly created a short video on various cues for evaluating straight ahead speed. This is the first video in a series of similar videos to come. Keep in mind this is but a general overview but it will at least get the ball rolling. I hope you enjoy it!
